Manual selection for cellar placement.Complete destemming, cold maceration from 3 – 5 days Fermentation through Controlled Temperature (25º C).
Blending twice a day, leaving the barrel standing on one base at the end of the fermentation process.

Clarification and Fining with non-allergenic products

Stored for 1 month in cellar before released to the market.
