Tasting note:
Very clear and bright appearance, aromatic and elegant nose with lots of spices where Juniper, Lime and cardamom are dominating and make it inviting.
Nicely integrated alcohol level giving a balanced effect. Powerful mouth. Nose qualities reflect on mouth. Well-structured and bodied, good refreshing qualities, harmonious end.
The elaboration process starts from a two month period maceration of a set of more than 100 herbs, hydro alcoholic solution. The product is aged in sherry casks to stabilize flavors and color.
Tasting note:
We also found balsamic notes wich provide us with a nice bitter touch. The palate is soft but with a perfect balance with the product acidity. Long and unique aftertaste with intense bitter notes, that shows the high quality of the product.
Siderit Vodka Lactée is an ultra-premium vodka, delicately produced, out of the alcohol obtained from the fermentation of the milk sugars.
After several distillations through a fractioning column in glass, a very pure alcohol with different taste notes is obtained.
To close the process, the distillate is diluted with spring water with the lowest mineral content in the Iberian Peninsula, from Ortigosa del Monte at the Northern slope of the mountains of Guadarrama.
Quadruple filtration on a equipment worthy of the best laboratories with natural filtering materials, that remove any impurity in its itinerary for more than 24 hours. Finally, the vodka is equilibrated in a tank for a minimum of two months to reach its maximum splendour.
Tasting note:
Elegant, pure, and clean vodka with personality and character, with a nice bouquet of aromas and flavours. Colourless, oily texture, fully transparent, refined nose, clean fragrance.
Good structure and good gustatory quality, high alcohol level but well integrated, no acidity but only sweetness from the alcohol. Very long final aftertaste, spicy finish, good harmony.
