- 2 distillations in glass (each one is equivalent to 5 distillations in a traditional alembic)
- 2nd maceration in Hibiscus
- 3rd distillation in glass
- Blending with spring water granted to have the lowest mineral content in the Iberian Peninsule.
Tasting note:
Nice and clear appearance slightly colored, refined nose, characterful floral taste with a nicely lingering finale aromatic persistency while alcohol fades away.
